What are your shipping costs?
We offer FREE worldwide standard shipping on all items. We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs at any time, though this will not affect orders already placed and paid.
Please note: We also reserve the right to restrict these services at any time, and we reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability, delivery location, and adverse weather conditions. Any areas affected by adverse weather conditions will be notified.
What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time varies from 10-20 days. Some items will also offer a 5-7 day express shipping option and any additional cost. Your order will arrive within this time frame unless otherwise stated — however, only an estimate, not a guarantee. Lousy weather, transport, or other reasons beyond our control may cause a delay. When It’s LIT is not liable for any delays.
Where do you deliver?
All products will deliver to postal areas within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For delivery options outside the US, please see product page delivery options.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
That’s okay, as we do not require a signature.
How can I tell if I’m getting free shipping on my order?
All items on our website offer FREE standard shipping. You will also see free shipping listed at checkout, and on your order confirmation emails. Some products are available with an Express Shipping option at an additional cost.
What if my order is Incomplete?
Items may arrive at different times due to stock availability or dispatch location. If we are out of stock, we will notify you via email. If your order is noticeably incomplete with parts missing, please contact us.
What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?
Occasionally packages get lost or damaged during transit; Luckily this doesn't happen very often. But if it does, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can replace the item for you ASAP.
If you find your package is damaged, please remember to ask the courier to note it as ‘Damaged’ on receipt or reject the delivery, stating the reason why.
